The Beach!

So yesterday was boring, hence no update. We basically sat around all day and played games. We did have Mexican for dinner though, which is always exciting.

Today was a beach day. We ate lunch at Joe's Crab Shack and then spent all afternoon at the beach. Spot directed us in constructing an intense sand castle, including a "mine" so deep we actually reached water. I only made it into the ocean up to my knees for about 5 minutes, but the guys were brave and actually went swimming until they ended up being followed by a giant jellyfish. We also buried Steven in the sand and made him into a beautiful sand mermaid. Some of us are suffering sunburns; for once, however, I am unscathed! I'd like to think that after 2 and a half hours of pure sunshine I am at least a little pink, but that's probably more wishful thinking than fact. I will leave here with a tan!

Tonight most people went to see 300. Apparently it was sweet...if you like slow motion violence. I watched American Idol for the first time in my life and studied biochemistry, because I'm just that cool. Tomorrow is back to the beach...hopefully for a little longer this time so I can get some color!

What a cute couple! But all that white skin is an obvious give away that you are on sping break.
I want to know how much sand that guy got in places we don't want to think about after being buried like that.
Looks like you are all having a great time - enjoy!
